 We’re excited to introduce Christopher Pearson, our Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) at Faith Lutheran Home, part of Northeast Montana Health Services (NEMHS) in Wolf Point! With a strong background in behavioral health, counseling, and healthcare management, Chris brings over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment to our team. He recently earned his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management from CSULB, where he focused on advancing leadership and quality improvement in healthcare settings. Chris is passionate about bridging clinical insight with operational excellence to create sustainable, compassionate, and innovative elder care systems. What excites Chris most about this role is being part of an organization that blends sincere compassion with high-quality care. “I'm inspired by our mission to serve rural communities with dignity, respect, and innovation,” Chris shared. “It’s truly a privilege to help strengthen our culture of care and connection at Faith Lutheran Home.”
