Radiology Technologist

Applicants must be ARRT Certified and licensed in the State of Montana as a Radiologist Technologist. Permit techs are also encouraged to apply. Laboratory Technologist

Medical Technologists with Northeast Montana Health Services (Poplar, MT)

Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease in a hospital laboratory setting. Document equipment function, quality control, calibration and preventative maintenance of test equipment. Ensure compliance with accreditation, hospital and lab standards and policies. Correctly register patients, follow facility isolation, blood-borne pathogen policies, and OSHA standards while working in the facility. May train junior medical technologists/technicians. Will work all shifts in both Wolf Point and Poplar, MT (both Roosevelt County), and on-call on both nights and weekends.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science. Requires two years of post-bachelor’s experience which must include some experience with: Clinical chemistry utilizing the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Vitros 250 or Vitros 350; Hematology utilizing the Sysmex XE or XS series analyzers; Microbiology utilizing the Biomerieux Vitek 2 or the Biomerieux BACT/Alert analyzer; Immunohematology utilizing the Gel Method or the Test Tube method; Clinical microscopy utilizing the Sysmex UF1000 or UF500i analyzer. Must be eligible for Montana State licensing as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist through passage of ASCP Certification or other generalist examination offered by a national certifying body for clinical laboratory scientists as required by Montana Board of Clinical Laboratory Science Practitioners. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures and government regulations while preparing and serving foods and beverages to all residents.

Housekeepers

Poplar and Trinity Campuses

NEMHS is currently seeking a housekeeper to clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas and public restrooms, as well as launder all hospital linen. Housekeepers use various cleaning chemicals and disinfectants to wipe equipment, clean furniture, polish floors and vacuum carpets. To ensure everything is in good working order and supplies are not missed, they will inspect their equipment for any repairs or replacements and be required to follow all infection control policies.

Activities Aide Assistant

Faith Home Campus

Faith Lutheran Home, located in Wolf Point, is looking for a full time activities aide working with our long term care residents. This position will supervise programs as needed in the absence of our activities director. You will be directing the program, with resident input, to their needs and interests. Developing and maintaining relationships and observing and reporting changes in activities and lifestyle are a large part of this position. Must be detail oriented and organized in order to maintain accurate records to comply with State and Federal Regulations. Please submit your resume in person to any one of our facilities.
