NEMHS is currently seeking a housekeeper to clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas and public restrooms, as well as launder all hospital linen. Housekeepers use various cleaning chemicals and disinfectants to wipe equipment, clean furniture, polish floors and vacuum carpets. To ensure everything is in good working order and supplies are not missed, they will inspect their equipment for any repairs or replacements and be required to follow all infection control policies.

LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST - POPLAR HOSPITAL
NEMHS is currently looking for an experienced Medical Technologist (MT/MedTech, ASCP or Equivalent) for 1 night shift position and 1 day shift position at Poplar Hospital working 7 days on and 7 days off. The Medical Technologist will perform, evaluate and report routine and STAT laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids. Tests are performed using various automated and manual methods. Must be able to work in the following laboratory departments: Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and perform all required test procedures in each department. The Medical Technologist is responsible for instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, quality control evaluation and problem solving, and be able to work alone. About the role…
Faith Lutheran Home believes in an active approach to resident care, not just passive maintenance. As a ADON with FLH, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, inventory control, and management of nursing staff, supplies, and equipment in such a way that meaningful nursing service is established to render the optimum level of resident care. The ADON reports in all matters directly to the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
Current valid Montana state license for LPN or RN and CPR certification.
At least three (3) years of nursing experience, preferred in a senior care with proven leadership and organizational skills is required.
Assumes responsibilities of the Director of Nursing in his/her absence.
Assists the DON with management and leadership of nursing personnel.
Assists with the oversight of medications, treatments, and general nursing services according to the resident’s care plan and physician directed orders
Conducts and participates in clinical rounds and care plans.
Involved with Infection Control, Employee Health and Incident Reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in staffing, leading, developing and retaining a strong resident care team.
Ability to oversee the delivery of quality care and services to our residents in compliance with the regulations pertaining to care plans and resident assessments.
Provide nursing coverage and assistance when needed.
Manage and coordinate the work of all nursing and care staff, communicating pertinent resident health and safety information.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times with the ability to effectively perform conflict intervention and resolution for residents, families, employees and others as needed. Self-motivated to accomplish identified goals with a strong sense of accountability for results.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
