Assures that all surgical cases are prepared for and proceed in an aseptic, proficient, and professional fashion. Responsible for instruments and setting up Operating Room. DISCHARGE PLANNER / UTILIZATION REVIEW RN TRINITY AND POPLAR HOSPITAL

INFUSION NURSE RN TRINITY HOSPITAL

This nurse ensures patients receive the correct IV for the treatment ordered, selects and manage the appropriate device, and monitor and evaluate the patient's response to the IV therapy. We are searching for a new Pharmacist Supervisor to join this hometown established practice who cares about making a difference in the community by providing quality care with exceptional service. Traditional Practice is split between two campuses and will require traveling between the two pharmacies and using tele-pharmacy to cover the other site.  Requires supervision of four pharmacy technicians and two Pharmacy Clerks. LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST - POPLAR HOSPITAL

NEMHS is currently looking for an experienced Medical Technologist (MT/MedTech, ASCP or Equivalent) for 1  night shift position and 1 day shift position at Poplar Hospital working 7 days on and 7 days off. The Medical Technologist will perform, evaluate and report routine and STAT laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids. Tests are performed using various automated and manual methods. Must be able to work in the following laboratory departments: Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and perform all required test procedures in each department. NEMHS is currently seeking a housekeeper to clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas and public restrooms, as well as launder all hospital linen. Housekeepers use various cleaning chemicals and disinfectants to wipe equipment, clean furniture, polish floors and vacuum carpets. To ensure everything is in good working order and supplies are not missed, they will inspect their equipment for any repairs or replacements and be required to follow all infection control policies.

DIRECTOR OF INFECTION CONTROL

NEMHS is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Director of Infection Control.
The primary purpose of the Director of Infection Control is to plan, organize, develop and direct the Infection Control Program for all campuses of Northeast Montana Health Services.  This is to be done in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local Regulations that govern such programs; and as may be directed by the CEO and the Infection Control Committee, to assure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.  Must possess as a minimum either a current license in the State of Montana as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (SLS) or a current license in the State of Montana as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Preferable to have three (3) years of experience in an acute care hospital, or health-related facility, possess a working knowledge of epidemiology, infectious diseases, and aseptic technique, and possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality patient/resident care.

The primary purpose of the Director of Education is to organize, direct, implement and evaluate all in-service educational programs throughout the campuses of Northeast Montana health services, in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, the policies and procedures of NEMHS, and as may be directed by the Administrator.  To maintain all educational records, and departmental policies and procedures.  Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.  Preferable to have at least five years’ experience in a hospital, long-term care, or clinical environment. Must be a CPR instructor or have successfully completed a course within six months of hire date. Must have experience in supervision, principles, and practice of teaching and must possess skills in leadership and effective communication.
