Medical
Medical will pay a percentage amount of the
premium. The employee has the choice of $300, $500, $1,000
or $1500 deductible.
Vision
A basic vision plan is offered to cover vision exams
and money toward frames, lenses or contact
purchases.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance is available at a minimum cost
because of the group plan rates.
401 (k) Plan
This plan is available to all full time and part
time employees after one year of employment. All
employees who meet the eligibility requirements, are
urged to participate. The
NEMHS Board of Directors currently pays $0.25 for
every dollar you contribute to your retirement.
Paid Time Off/Extended Medical
NEMHS provides employees with time away from work
for rest and/or relaxation without loss of income.
In addition NEMHS provides sick leave with pay for
all eligible employees whose absence from work is
necessitated by personal injury or illness.
Service Awards
NEMHS recognizes the Employee of the Year from each
campus, giving each a $500 cash award. Employees
who have 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 Years of Service are
rewarded with service jackets.
Shift Differential
This is paid to all night staff working at least 4
hours on or after 3:00 P.M.
Weekend Differential
Weekend differential is paid to all employees
working a Saturday or Sunday shift.
Professional Staff
Interview Expense
When NEMHS requests
that an applicant travel to Wolf Point or to Poplar
for an interview, we agree to pay up to $500 in
actual expense, if the position is offered to the
applicant.
Moving Expense
If an applicant is hired and relocates to Wolf Point
or Poplar, NEMHS will pay up to $1000.
Sign-on Bonus
A $2500 bonus will be
paid to professional staff accepting a position with
NEMHS.
Student Loan
Repayment
NEMHS will reimburse
$6000 annually on nursing student loans for eligible
applicants, when funds are available.
