To better serve the communities of
Northeast Montana, NEMHS-Trinity Hospital offers
out-patient chemotherapy services. This allows you to
receive your treatment in your community where you can
be close to your family and friends, your support
system. Chemotherapy is provided by an Oncology
Certified Nurse (OCN). The chemotherapy nurse has
specialized education and experience in cancer care and
works closely with both the oncologist and primary care
physician to ensure that our patients receive the best
possible care, in a caring atmosphere. The chemotherapy
nurse provides individualized nursing care to patients &
families.
We provide a
chemotherapy suite that offers privacy & comfort, with a
sofa comfortable recliner and an atmosphere that allows
for relaxation, reading or listening to music. We
acknowledge that support from family & friends is
important to a patient's well-being. Family and friends
are always welcome to come and visit while you are
receiving your treatment.
